Responsibilities & Context
To maintain purchase, sales and stock maintenance.
Prepare Products requisition as per customer demand.
Receiving the products to check the actual batch no, expiry date, and MRP.
Maintaining product shortlist logbook for the short products.
Must follow company rules and regulations.
Ability to handle both online-offline orders.
Answering customer queries through various social media platforms.
Sourcing new clients from market and social networking sites.
Maintaining customer database.
Ensure customer satisfaction during sales & after sales.
Maintaining showroom hygiene.
