Responsibilities & Context
01.CAD, Sample & Pattern will make sample after approval from the buyer and send it to the merchandising dept., Head of Quality & experts of CAD, Sample & Pattern dept. as per the requirement is given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern02. To prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern. 03 Creating new patterns & its customization, marker making & Grading. 04. Makes the basic sizes pattern by using Auto CAD Software. 05. Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers and provide to cutting department & follow up it in practical. 06. Pattern Correction according to Sample Fit. 07. Digital sample making, and knowledge on three dimensional. 08. Turn second-dimensional patterns into visually stunning. 09. Prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern. 10. Prepare sample after approval from the buyer and send it to the concern sections of garments division. 11. Ensure that any change made in the approved sample is communicated to the concern persons timely. 12. Create a master pattern for each size which within a range of garment sizes, using measurement charts, drafting instruments, CAD computers, and/or grading devise. 13. Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as garment size, section, style, identification, and sewing instructions. 14. Perform any other task as & when assigned by top management.15. Ensure Consumption is being consume as per Marker.
