Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of product samples for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all samples, ensuring that they are properly labeled, stored, and tracked.
- Prepare detailed documentation related to samples, including sample requests, dispatch details, and testing results.
- Monitor the status of sample testing, ensuring timely feedback and resolution of issues.
- Act as a liaison between sales, production, quality control, and research & development teams regarding sample requirements and updates.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in the handling and storage of samples.
- Perform regular audits of the sample inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Provide regular reports on sample dispatch and status for management review.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to samples and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sample handling and testing procedures.
