Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the end-to-end sample development process.
- To coordinating with pattern makers, sample machinists, Merchandisers and other relevant personnel.
- Implement and ensure quality control measures throughout the sample development process to ensure that samples meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and maintain sample development timelines to ensure samples are completed within agreed-upon deadlines.
- Work closely with the procurement team to source quality materials within budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of sample development activities, including materials used, production processes and any revisions or modifications made during the sampling process.
- Provide training and guidance to sample development team members to enhance their skills and ensure consistency in sample quality and execution.
- Regularly evaluate and streamline sample development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- To maintain Sample department KPI.
