Zaastex Group, a leading sweater manufacturer of the country looking for highly motivated, energetic and experienced professional personnel for the following posts:
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have 10–12+ years of extensive experience in sweater manufacturing, with strong technical expertise in yarn, gauge (GG), knitting stitches, and sweater production processes.
- Proven skills in managing sample development and approval, interpreting technical specifications, and ensuring compliance with international buyers’ quality standards.
- In-depth knowledge of sweater knitting construction, yarn composition and properties, and new stitch development.
- Highly skilled in preparing knitting charts and ensuring product quality at every stage of production.
- Strong command of English for effectively understanding and interpreting technical files, buyer comments, and measurement methods.
- Expertise in troubleshooting garment fitting issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Skilled in sample washing techniques to achieve the correct hand feel and workmanship as per buyer requirements.
