Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Automobile/Mechanical Engineering background will be preferred.
Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial position in CNG/LPG vehicle conversion or any reputed automobile workshop or related field.
Candidates having previous experience with renowned CNG/LPG vehicle conversion organizations will be given strong preference.
Hands-on knowledge of CNG/LPG conversion, vehicle diagnostics, workshop operations and after-sales service is essential.
Strong experience in team management, customer handling and achieving sales/business targets.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Practical knowledge of CNG/LPG vehicle conversion processes and address any emergency problem.
Ability to manage both technical operations and commercial activities.
Proficient in MS Office and regular operational reporting.
Dynamic, honest, customer-focused and capable of working under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
Sanji Automobiles Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our CNG & LPG Vehicle Conversion & Re-Test Center for our Kuril Branch, Dholaipar Branch & Gazipur Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch/workshop operations of CNG & LPG vehicle conversion as well as cylinder Re-Test unit.
Supervise and coordinate Engineers, Technicians, Mechanics and other workshop staffs.
Drive monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets and create new business opportunities.
Maintain excellent corporate, showroom & retail customer relationships for smoothly running business.
Handle customer complaints and resolve technical/service-related issues effectively.
Monitor job cards, conversion records, spare parts, inventory, daily sales and collections.
Ensure proper workshop discipline, safety, cleanliness and compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor staff attendance, productivity and performance and provide necessary guidance.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports to management.
Coordinate with Head Office regarding accounts, marketing, procurement, technical and administrative issues related with Govt. regulatory bodies.
Identify opportunities to improve workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction and business growth.
Any other jobs assigned by the management.
