Requirements
Education
Diploma in mechanical engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Experience
At least 2 years
Additional Requirements
Sound knowledge of industrial production processes and plant operations.
Familiarity with LPG handling, storage, loading/unloading operations, and safety practices will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and monitor daily production operations to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient plant performance while achieving production targets.
Coordinate and lead production manpower to maintain operational continuity, productivity, and process discipline.
Ensure all finished products meet required quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and minimize operational losses.
Ensure the timely availability and proper utilization of raw materials, consumables, and other production resources.
Prepare and maintain production reports, operational records, logbooks, and other relevant documentation accurately and timely.
Supervise LPG road tanker and vessel loading/unloading activities, ensuring full compliance with operational procedures, HSE standards, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of plant equipment and facilities, identify potential operational issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.
