Position Requirements:

General Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the teaching field, including at least 4 years as a coordinator or in a similar senior position.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, curriculum planning, and teacher supervision experience.
• Ability to foster a productive and engaging learning environment.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, digital marketing, and camera operations.

For English Coordinator:

• Strong proficiency in English across speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all elementary and primary school subjects.
• Solid understanding of international education systems, especially the British Cambridge curriculum.
• Female candidates preferred.

For Hifz Coordinator (Arabic and Al-Quran):

• Ability to teach the Qur’an with English translation and basic tafseer.
• Strong command of Tajweed and Quran memorization; skilled as a Qari trainer.
• Availability to stay at the school to oversee both day and night Hifz programs.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Experience in engaging young students effectively.
