Responsibilities & Context
Subject: Pre-school, Bangla,English, Mathematics, Hifzul Quran)
Create lesson plans based on the curriculum
Prepare teaching materials, activities, and assignments
Use different teaching methods to suit diverse learners
Design and conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments
Evaluate student performance fairly
Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
Identify individual learning needs and difficulties
Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress
Work with colleagues and school administration
Provide reports and attend meetings
Stay updated with new teaching methods and technologies
Attend training, workshops, or seminars
Continuously improve teaching skills
Maintain attendance and academic records
Follow school policies and procedures
Participate in school events and activities
Demonstrate good behavior, ethics, and values
Promote respect, responsibility, and lifelong learning
