- Job Responsibilities
- Planning and executing all secretarial duties to the authority;
- Accomplishing the administrative works of IAHS as instructed by the authority;
- Adopting the prevailing policies, procedures; and formulate proper policies according to the goal and objectives of the institution;
- Providing overall leadership and staff direction in formulating and achieving objectives of the IAHS authority;
- Making recommendations to the Governing Body of IAHS on significant matters affecting operations and policies of the institutions;
- Following up the development and implementation of short-term and long-term goals and plans;
- Transmitting directives or assignments to staff on behalf of the authority;
- Answering and screening calls/correspondence related to sensitive and confidential matters and determining appropriate action to be taken;
- Working with the Principal, IAHS by developing strategic plan that will be beneficial for the institute;
- Making the schedule of appointments and meetings, including both internal and large-scale cross-divisional meetings;
- Making draft presentations, talking points, executive briefings and situational reports on current initiatives or new policy, program, or system implementation;
- Assisting the superior in different complex and confidential administrative matters in assigned areas;
- Ensuring proper communications with the Press and Public Relations on behalf of the institution;
- Ensuring and supervising the MBBS admission procedure as per direction of the authority;
- Maintaining smooth communications with CMU, BM&DC, DG Health, DGME, Ministry, Controller of Exams office CMU, Dean Office CMC, etc on behalf of the institution;
- Ensuring necessary support for the inspections of regulatory bodies, eg CMU, BM&DC, DGME, DG Health, Ministry, etc;
