Responsibilities & Context

Section In-Charge (Hydraulic Press Machine)

(Structural Clay Products & Glaze Tiles).

Job Context:

Chimbuk Ceramics Ltd is looking for a result oriented, self-motivated and hard working professionals having experience in factory production of Structural Clay Products ((such as Cladding Tiles, Roof Tiles, Pavers & Glaze Tiles production). Responsible for production, managing and handling manpower. Maintain communications coordinate at the strategic & tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Collect & check the production data.
Monitoring the production process & productivity rates.
Discuss with senior regarding the planning & policy.
Maintain the production parameters such as density, viscosity, residue of Body slip.
Moisture & Granulometry of SD powder as per standard.
Monitoring the ball load-unload as per production plan.
Ensure the supply of SD powder to press with time frame.
Monitoring to reduce reject & recycle the waste/scrap to increase the productivity.
Communicate & discuss with laboratory regarding the quality & product.
Ensure the machine capability as per production requirement.
Make smooth run the machineries by trouble shooting.
Make sure safety of the people related to the side.
Check parameters as per requirement.
Monitoring production quality & quantity.
Inspects all of press machine, take of table, press line table etc. & troubleshoots.
Giving instructions to the supervisor & operators for better quality.
Change the mold as per production schedule.
To meet the daily, monthly & yearly production targets with quality standard.
Maintaining the production related machinery & equipment’s maintenance work as per schedule.
Understand human behavior at the working place and take necessary steps if any bad.
Communicate with department head if any critical problem arises.
