Manage machinery, ensuring preventive maintenance and quick troubleshooting.
Ensure safety compliance and train staff in safe machines operations.
Coordinate material flow minimizing wastage and maintaining inventory levels.
Lead and mentor a team driving performance and skill development.
Collaborate on product design and customization for HDF flooring.
Resin Production: Oversee Resin formulation, batch production, and quality control for urea formaldehyde (UF) and melamine-formaldehyde (MF) resins.
Impregnation Line: Manage Impregnation process, ensuring precise resin coating and curing for consistent quality.
Continuously improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and operational issue.
Supervise, train and Support operators and technicians, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.
Enforce chemical handling protocols, ensuring adherence environmental and safety regulations.
