Monitoring and Surveillance: Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of the office and project.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
Conduct regular checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
Access Control: Verify the identity of persons entering and exiting the premises (Office and project).
Issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs.
Inspect and log deliveries and packages, deal with the courier services.
Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and calls for assistance.
Incident Reporting: Document and report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, including observations and actions taken.
Enforcement of Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prevent unauthorized access and deter criminal behavior.
Enforce regulations related to parking, smoking, and other facility rules.
Additional Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing security protocols.
Provide directions and assistance to visitors and staff.
