The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG Sectors factory working experiences.
Security related activities, Security Training Instructor, Strong Problem-Solving skills and handling any theft issues for asset safety.

Responsibilities & Context
The selected candidates will be responsible to develop effective security system and ensure safety & security of the man, materials and machines of the whole factory premises.
Develop and updating the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
Should monitoring, controlling & managing all import & export related activities by keeping proper & valid documents.
Closely monitoring, controlling & managing the employee’s movements during entry & Exit along with effective visitor movement management.
Directly supervise control & monitoring security staffs. Make regular duty roaster for security guards and staffs and confirm their daily duties.
Maintain effective security management system by following & keeping proper documents with policy & procedure according to compliance requirements.
Should have sound knowledge about security related activities, C-TPAT, 7-Point, 5-Point, WRAP and SCS/GSV audit, Training Instructor for security related training, Garments related external audit facing experienced.
Coordinate fire Evacuation Drills and other training to enhance knowledge and awareness.
Coordinate training on Fire, Safety and Security to all security guard regularly.
Maintain all security related compliance records and register on regular basis.
Perform others duties as when assigned by the management.
