Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and execute security strategies tailored to the company’s needs.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access controls, and physical security infrastructure.
- Train security personnel in emergency response, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.
- Perform routine checks and inspections of premises, equipment, and entry points.
- Maintain security logs, incident reports, and daily checklists.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access by enforcing strict vigilance.
- Coordinate with facility management for repair and maintenance of security equipment.
- Investigate security breaches and provide incident analysis to management.
