The applicant whose have experience in Security company and retired defense background person will get priority.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adequate knowledge regarding fire safety issue of the complex.
Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
The Applicant should be motor bike driving experience in Dhaka city with valid driving license.

Responsibilities & Context

Security In charge is responsible for supervising the whole Security team and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Adequate Knowledge about operating security technology like CCTV, access control systems, and safety alarms etc.
Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security
Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness.
Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards.
Monitor access control process to restrict trespassing.
Ensure necessary protocol for all in due diligence.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Carry out other activities as guided by the Management
Physical fitness and ability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
Manpower sourcing skills.
