Responsibilities & Context
- Work Station: Factory.
- Responsible for the overall security of all factory properties, assets, and staff.·
- To train the new Security Guards and develop security awareness among all security staff.·
- To supervise preparing duty rosters of security guards.·
- To ensure security guards are performing duties sincerely.·
- Creating a safe & secure working environment for employees.·
- Responding to emergencies promptly when arise.·
- Accurately reporting all the incidents to the Management.·
- Maintain & update different types of registers (Guards Duty Roster, Vehicle In/Out Register, Visitor Register, Key Registrar, etc.)·
- Recording daily observations, information, incidents, & surveilling activities.·
- To produce different necessary records, reports & documents to the Management from time to time.·
- Should be able to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by Management.
