Job Responsibilities:

Establish and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security threats.
Oversee daily security operations, including patrols and monitoring of school campus.
Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, and other emergencies.
Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for security personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrol logs, and personnel activities.
Security In charge is reporting to the Admin Department. During the period of duty, he will be under the direct control of the Admin Department.
Security In Charge is to remain awake and alert at all times during his duty.
Develop and execute a holistic security strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, ensuring the protection of physical assets, information and personnel.
Lead and manage the security team, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism and discipline.
Must have the mentality to reside in the workstation.
