Additional Requirements

Must be Retired as a Sr. Warrant officers/ Warrant officers of Army, Navy, Air force and Ansar battalion.
Garments related Experience candidate will prefer to apply.
HSCSSC/ HSC / Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Must have experience Reporting, Security related activities, Security Training Instructor, Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to Security development training instructor.

To oversee and implement overall Management of all Security Personnel of the Garments Industries.
To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the Company
To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In charge at different projects and offices.
To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
Liaising with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
Preventing and detecting offences on sites.
Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter reserved company areas.
Accurately updating administrative records and sheets.
To enhance the morale of the Security Personnel.
Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
Any other task assigned by the Departmental Head time to time.
