- Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours.

Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the factory premises and assets.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure their adherence to security guidelines and standards.
- Conduct regular security inspections and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Oversee access control systems, including the issuance of identification cards, monitoring entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Coordinate and manage security clearances for employees and visitors.Utilize CCTV and other surveillance systems to monitor the factory premises.
- Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular drills and training for security and factory personnel on emergency protocols.
- Document and report security incidents, breaches, and violations to relevant authorities and management.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain records of security-related activities.
- Provide training to security personnel on security protocols, emergency response, and customer service skills.
- Ensure the security team is well-equipped and prepared to handle security challenges effectively.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and ensure overall security system in safe way.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
