- শিল্পপ্রতিষ্ঠান বা কর্পোরেট সিকিউরিটি ব্যবস্থাপনায় দক্ষতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে ।
- নিরাপত্তা পরিকল্পনা, ঝুঁকি মূল্যায়ন এবং জনবল তদারকিতে প্রমাণিত সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে ।
- নেতৃত্ব ও দ্রুত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে ।
Responsibilities & Context
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা নীতি ও ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিকল্পনা তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন ।
- নিরাপত্তা কর্মীদের নিয়োগ, প্রশিক্ষণ, দায়িত্ব বণ্টন ও কার্যক্রম তদারকি ।
- প্রবেশ নিয়ন্ত্রণ, সিসিটিভি পর্যবেক্ষণ ও জরুরি প্রতিক্রিয়া ব্যবস্থা তদারকি ।
- সিকিউরিটি সংক্রান্ত সকল রিপোর্ট পরিচালনা ও ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষকে নিয়মিত তথ্য প্রদান ।
- প্রতিষ্ঠান ও কর্মীদের নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত ঝুঁকি চিহ্নিতকরণ ও সমাধান ।
