Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are looking for an innovative security officer who controls all sites relating to guards’ duty & performance evaluation. Proper tanning them regarding discipline & necessary recruitment while post-vacant.

Job Responsibilities:

As a security officer to carry out the overall security.
Regular inspection of security performing their duties properly and inspection sensitive points of the construction site.
Maintain liaison and public relations with all the relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
Necessary gate passes during entry and exit of goods from the office, ensuring proper documenting of consignments.
Ensuring proper distribution of duty as per roster of guards & conduct various training for security team for developments.
Effectively organizing and leading the team with responsibilities for office support, legal affairs.
Any other official duties assigned by management.
