Responsibilities & Context
Ensuring security of full factory premises.
Monitoring entrance & exit of vehicles as well as personnel.
Monitoring the movement of goods, materials as well as shipment of finished products.Conducting periodic audits in terms of security logs, access records, and surveillance footage to detect and address any security breaches.
Ensuring the requirements of Security Compliance Standard like C-TPAT, GSV, SCAN etc.
Arranging legal protocols before arrival of Top Management.
Conducting regular training sessions for security personnel on security protocols, emergency procedures, and conflict management.
Collaborating with health and Safety team to conduct safety drills (fire drills, evacuation plans).
Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies related to security and safety.
Completing any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time in terms of Security of Factory.
