Responsibilities & Context

• Army background (working experience in army infantry), defense non Commission officer.
• Planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs which include Physical Security, Incident/ Crisis Management and / or Investigation of Doreen Apparels Division.
• Ensure accurate and on time entry of security transactions in Software and prepare all kinds of summary reports required by Management.
• Continuous monitoring of Doreen Apparels Division and taking initiatives to ensure proper security measures.
• Assess risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Own and manage all aspect of the access control systems – CCTV, card reader programs, Digital video recording systems and attendance system.
• Provide leadership, advice and counsel to all security staff in achieving current and long-range strategic program objectives.
• Conduct local investigation of alleged theft, fraud or other illegal or improper acts within the facility of Doreen Apparels Division.
• Continuously conduct security audits throughout all facilities and is also responsible for the instruction of the companies Security Awareness programs.
• Work closely with Human Resources to ensure that employee issues, regarding security measures and concerns are solved quickly and to a high degree of satisfaction.
• Develop and implement security related programs which may include developing a training program for all security personnel for Doreen Apparels Division.
• Monitor Safety & Security performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure that appropriate corrective or preventive actions are taken including follow-up reviews.
