Ability to remain calm and decisive in emergency situations.

Job Context :

Responsible for overseeing security operations during their assigned shift.
Each supervisor will be assigned to one of three shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.

Job Responsibility :

Supervise and direct a team of security officers during their assigned shift.
Provide guidance, training, and support to security officers.
Conduct regular performance checks and address any performance issues.
Ensure security officers adhere to established policies and procedures.
Maintain shift logs and other required documentation.
Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and respond to alerts.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks.
Enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies, following established protocols.
Maintain a detailed record of all security-related activities during their shift.
Respond to emergencies (fire, medical, security breaches) according to established procedures.
Coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) as needed.
Ensure proper notification of management regarding incidents and emergencies.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all security incidents, accidents, and policy violations.
Conduct preliminary investigations of security incidents, gathering information and evidence.
Prepare detailed incident reports as required.
Communicate effectively with security officers, other staff, and management.
Maintain clear and concise communication with the Head of Security.
Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure security.
Ability to work assigned shift (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays).
