Additional Requirements

Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and security protocols.
Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms promptly and effectively, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.
Conduct investigations into security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
Provide security training to new staff, ensuring all security personnel are well-versed in safety procedures and policies.
Manage access control systems, ensure proper credentialing, and maintain accurate records of visitors and staff.
Conduct routine security patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for upper management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall safety of the workplace.
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
Any other tusk by management.
