Requirements
Education
- Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field from a recognized university.
- Professional qualifications such as CA / CMA (Partly Qualified) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 05 to 07 years of practical experience in computerized accounts keeping, especially student finance operations and pure accounting at any reputed private university.
- Must be proficient in maintaining student ledgers, preparing financial statements, performing bank reconciliations, and handling payment collections.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP) and MS Excel is essential.
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage student billing, tuition fee collection, and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain accounts, vouchers, and other financial documentation.
- Assess and ensure proper deduction, recording, and submission of Tax and VAT for all transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support financial review and reporting processes
