Additional Requirements

  • Familiarity with visa documents processing and notary workflows for Asian educational corridors.
  • High attention to structural detail to avoid administrative document omissions.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student counseling, education consultancy, admissions, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Experience with international admissions will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

GRT Global Services is expanding its core admissions team at the Dhaka Head Office. We are looking for an analytical and highly communicative Senior Executive for Admissions & Academic Counseling to convert prospects into successful study applications for South Korea and Japan markets. This position focuses heavily on customer interactions, document verification, and managing intake timelines.

Report to: Operation and Business Development Manager

Job Location: Dhaka Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional counseling to students and parents regarding overseas higher education opportunities, admission requirements, scholarships, and study destinations.
  • Assess students’ academic background, career goals, and eligibility to recommend suitable universities, programs, and study pathways.
  • Guide students throughout the admission process, including university selection, application preparation, offer acceptance, tuition payment, and pre-departure support.
  • Review academic transcripts, certificates, financial documents, and other supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance before submission.
  • Prepare, process, and submit university applications within the required deadlines.
  • Coordinate with partner universities and international representatives regarding admissions, application status, offers, and student documentation.
  • Assist students in preparing visa application documents and ensure compliance with university and visa requirements.
  • Maintain accurate student records and regularly update application progress in the company’s CRM or student management system.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by providing timely responses and professional support throughout the student admission journey.
  • Experience in planning or executing social media marketing campaigns and generating student leads through digital platforms will be given preference.
  • Follow up with prospective students and parents through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to maximize conversion from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Coordinate closely with the Documentation, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth student processing and service delivery.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, school visits, workshops, and promotional events to generate student leads and represent GRT Global Service professionally.
  • Good knowledge of the higher education systems, university admission procedures, scholarship opportunities, and student visa requirements for South Korea and Japan will be given preference.
  • Achieve individual monthly and quarterly student recruitment and admission targets assigned by the management.
  • Prepare regular reports on student inquiries, applications, admissions, and visa processing for management review.
  • Stay updated on partner university admission policies, scholarship opportunities, visa regulations, and study destination requirements.

Perform any other counseling, admission, or student support responsibilities assigned by the management.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in overseas student counseling, university admissions, or international student recruitment.
  • Previous experience in an overseas education consultancy, international student recruitment agency, university representative office, or a similar education-related organization will be given preference.
  • Hands-on experience in counseling students, processing university applications, and preparing visa documentation.
  • Good understanding of admission requirements for international universities and study visa procedures.
  • Experience working with CRM or student management systems will be an advantage.

    Additional Requirements

  • Candidates with previous experience counseling students for South Korea and Japan admissions are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Strong spoken and written English proficiency for communicating with international universities and partner institutions.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email communication, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet admission deadlines and recruitment targets.
  • Professional, responsible, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality student services.
