Additional Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in IATA agencies. (preferable)
- Must be gds/ sabre/amadeus/galileo expert.
- Must be expert in issue, reissues, exchanges, void, re-void.
- Must be practical experience and knowledge about group ticket (manpower, hajj/umrah)
- Knowledge of bsp link/account.
- Stay up to date on airlines schedules, routes, fares, and fare rules.
- Up to date about new IATA polices and immigrations rules.
- Train junior reservation agents on gds
