Additional Requirements
- The eligible candidate will be a source of technical expert for the team and will lead the design, coding and testing of developments.
- 10+ years of software development experience with minimum 3 years in leading role in any CMMI-3 level software development company or any MNC.
- Experience of using systems analysis and relational database design to extend existing database models.
- Extensive knowledge and experience of development and maintain applications for ERP.
- Experience working with Oracle ERP/Fusion will be an added advantage.
- In these areas of technical specialism-
- The candidate must have experience for documenting, implementing, reviewing and maintaining common development approaches to his team along with other development teams. S/He will provide leadership, training and supervision to the junior developers of his/her team.
Responsibilities & Context
Be responsible for development of bespoke business applications ERP written in JavaScript, ASP.Net, C-Sharp.
To follow the protocols of software change management and responsible for creating plans & required documents for user requirements collection, software development & testing.
To develop a thorough knowledge of the business systems within the area of responsibility.
As a technical specialist, the post holder will take on several specific responsibilities that support coherent development policy and procedures across the systems the development team is responsible for, such as:
Source control and release management,
Development standards and code reviews,
Quality assurance and documentations,
Code optimization and performance tuning,
Documentations related to developments and changes.
