Computer Skills:

AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

Must have experience in High rise building, Landscaping, Architectural Drawing & Design, Master Plan.
Team leading capabilities.
Strategic planning.

Teamwork.
Mathematical and analytical problem-solving skill.
Strong verbal and written skills.

Additional Requirements:

Must have minimum 10-12 years of practical experience in related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

Responsibilities & Context

TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED is considered one of the promising construction companies in Bangladesh. The activities of TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED includes but are not limited to (i) Civil constructions such as Runway Construction, Road Construction (Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement), Bridges, Multi-Storied Buildings, Culverts, RCC drainage structures, etc. (ii) Computerized toll operation and maintenance of Bridges and Roads.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced candidate for Sr. Architect position who will be able to work for both Interior and Exterior Solution.
He should be responsible for managing project and construction activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring overall coordination in an effective and efficient manner.
Gather the client’s “brief” to understand their needs and develop feasibility reports and design proposals.
Develop design concepts that consider the client’s needs, building usage, and environmental impact, in accordance with RAJUK policies and Cantonment Board guidelines.
Keep within budgets and timelines. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, BNBC Code 2020 guidelines and regulations.
Coordination with Clients and HO team. Coordination with structural, survey, MEP etc. consultants, checking and doing necessary modifications in drawings.
Attend field reviews, on-site meetings and project meetings and coordinate schedule reviews.
Giving assistance & co-ordination with Project Engineers & concerned person. Coordinate drawings and manage instructions or changes for the site.

Job Location: Head Office.
