Responsibilities & Context

WeDesign Studio is a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural consultation firm known for its creativity and innovation. We are looking for a talented and self-driven professional to become part of our team as a Senior Architect.

• Professional design experience in designing residential large-scale projects
• Prepare detailed measurements, drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Create designs and working drawings for architectural and interior projects, including realistic 3D models and visualizations.
• Develop concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings for both residential and commercial spaces.
• Design exterior and interior spaces, including retail, office, and furniture layouts, ensuring innovative and functional solutions.
• Prepare architecture RAJUK plans and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Utilize advanced tools such as SketchUp, V-Ray Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for design presentations.
• Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior renderings for client and stakeholder approval.
• Oversee all project phases, including design, drafting, site supervision, and execution, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and workers for seamless implementation.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals while adhering to budget constraints.
• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and site designs effectively.
• Select materials, furniture, finishes, and other design elements that align with project aesthetics and budget.
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure strategic decisions meet safety, sustainability, and quality standards.
• Develop exclusive interior designs and furniture layouts with attention to detail and creativity.
• Provide supervision during implementation to ensure design integrity and client satisfaction.
