Responsibilities & Context
- Strong sense of space management and lead the interior design process, ensuring the project’s vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.
- Develop initial design concepts, mood boards, and visual aesthetics for new interior or renovations.
- Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models (using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3dmax etc.)
- Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and execution phases.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
- Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, Collaboration & Report to CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates.
