• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

Experience

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

• Age 29 to 45 years

• Age: 30 years or older
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit,Lumion and other design software
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices is a plus

Responsibilities & Context

• Lead and manage the design of Interior/Exterior projects from concept through completion, ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for projects involving curtain walls, ACP, glass, louvers, ceiling, wall paneling and more.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, project managers, and design teams to align on technical requirements and project objectives.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress, provide guidance, and ensure design quality and compliance.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project requirements, present design concepts, and gather feedback for refinement.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest architectural trends, materials, and best practices in the design.
• Mentor and support junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and review BOQ.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest architectural trends, materials, and best practices in the design.
• Animation for clients.
