Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a results-driven Authorized Representative to manage equity trade execution, provide strategic client advisory, and drive business growth through targeted client acquisition. This role demands a meticulous professional who will uphold strict compliance with BSEC, DSE, and Bangladesh Bank regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with robust analytical skills, deep market intelligence, and a proven ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Trade execution: You will handle client buy and sell orders quickly and correctly, staying updated on market changes, economic news, and financial trends to guide your decisions.
  • Client relationships: You will build lasting, trust-based connections with a diverse client base, including both retail and institutional investors. Through networking and outreach, you will help grow the firm’s presence in the market.
  • Investment guidance: You will lead client discussions and presentations, clearly communicating our services and offering portfolio advice that helps clients make confident decisions.
  • Account onboarding: You will oversee the BO account setup process, ensuring all documents are properly completed while making the experience smooth and straightforward for clients.
  • Risk management: You will assess portfolio risks and support strategies to protect client interests and uphold the firm’s integrity.
  • Revenue targets: You will consistently meet or exceed brokerage revenue and growth goals, using your market insight to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Service and teamwork: You will deliver professional, high-quality service at every client touchpoint and collaborate with internal colleagues to enhance operations and fuel long-term growth.
