Analyze the present market, forecast potential market and suggest relevant ideas in terms of product, price, and promotion.
Prepare the yearly sales budget and profit and loss statement of the assigned products and also the expected sales forecasting for the coming year.
Prepare the monthly promotional plan as per the promotional budget and to implement and monitor the impact of the promotional activities minutely.
Ensure continuous supply and maintain stock level of the responsible products.
Prepare and update the costing of the responsible products with the price change of raw materials and other parameters.
Visit market to monitor competitor’s activities and market situation and accordingly propose the measures to be taken and up date the Marketing Plan.
