Additional Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ERP/Sage 300 ERP.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Certification in Sage 300 ERP or relevant field (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities & Context

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Customize Sage 300 ERP modules to align with business processes and requirements.
• Design and implement customizations using Sage 300 SDK or similar tools.
• Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to Sage 300 ERP.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure ERP functionality meets business requirements.
• Provide training to end-users on Sage 300 ERP usage and offer ongoing support.
• Create and maintain user manuals, system configurations, and training materials.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization within Sage 300 ERP.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely ERP implementations.
• Ensure ERP implementation complies with regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Liaise with Sage or third-party vendors for support and updates.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
