Complete mastery of raw material structures, emulsification techniques, and complex surfactant chemistry
Responsibilities & Context
Formula Development: Design and optimize high-performance formulas for skincare and Household products.
Testing Oversight: Lead extensive product stability, container compatibility, and micro-efficacy testing.
Production Scale-Up: Partner with manufacturing to scale trial-size lab batches up to commercial production volumes.
Compliance Management: Ensure all raw materials and end-products strictly align with local and international cosmetic regulations.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the experimental design work of junior chemists and lab technicians.
