Requirements

Education

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of local and national building codes, environmental regulations, and construction standards.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing junior engineers, and interacting with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a variety of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and design evaluations for new and existing projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, calculations, and technical reports in compliance with local and national codes and regulations.
• Prepare bill and all supporting documents to submit client.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure that all designs and specifications adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical expertise to resolve construction and design challenges.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.
