Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing, Master of Arts (MA) in English

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline preferred areas are Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A Master’s Degree in any discipline preferred areas are Business Administration, Marketing, English or a related field.

Experience

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Education Consulting Firms, Immigration/Visa Processing.
Foreign nationals can also apply.
Fluency in English both written & spoken. Candidates with O-Level and A-Level completion preferred.
Experience Required: Counselling, Visa application, University application, Education Counselling, Education Marketing, Sales & Marketing.
Counsellors should have industry related accreditation or certificates like CCEA, PIER, British council certification or related.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a competitive environment.
Should be high ambitious, target achievers and goal oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to take responsibilities as well as challenges with commitment and honesty.
Candidate must be competent on using computer.
IELTS Score 7.5 + (Not mandatory) will get high facilities
Minimum 5 years of experience in student consultancy or a related field.
Strong knowledge of international higher education systems, universities, and visa processes.
Proven ability to work independently and execute personal marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and reporting.

The Senior Education Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving student recruitment, providing expert guidance, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract students for higher education opportunities abroad. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of international education systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.

Work Place = (Work at office + Flied)

Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment:

Bring a specific number of new students to the office every month.
Guide potential students in identifying suitable higher education opportunities abroad.

Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and propose independent marketing strategies to attract students.
Implement approved marketing strategies effectively to maximize reach and engagement.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in international education.
Create actionable plans to attract more students and expand the client base.

Student Support:

Provide end-to-end support to students, including admission guidance, visa processing assistance, and pre-departure briefings.
Ensure a high level of student satisfaction through personalized service and timely follow-ups.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals and targets.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes.
