Responsibilities & Context

As a Senior Copywriter at SWISH, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, persuasive copy across various marketing materials, ensuring all messaging aligns with our brand goals and campaign objectives. Your role will involve strategic planning, creativity, and leadership to produce world-class content that resonates with our target audiences.

1. Creative Development

  • Develop compelling copy for website content, social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and product descriptions.
  • Ensure all copy and captions are error-free, innovative, and adhere to the highest quality standards through thorough proofreading.

2. Strategic Planning and Innovation

  • Ensure the development and implementation of necessary strategic and marketing plans to produce world-class copywriting.
  • Submit monthly project campaign copy and caption work 30 days in advance, ensuring alignment with Brand & Communications Wings timelines.

3. Campaign Excellence

  • Ensure one award-winning campaign plan for static or motion content is developed once a month.
  • Supervise the creation and submission of copy, content, vlogs, technical writing, and website content to achieve monthly wings goals.

4. Content Management

  • Oversee the production of two types of vlog videos posted weekly, each adhering to designated time frames (one minute and three minutes).
  • Ensure all necessary copy and content for existing and upcoming new product lines are completed before products arrive at respective destinations.

5. Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate with PR, digital marketing, and business development wings to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials.
  • Transfer promo video copy and captions to the Art team when product shipments reach the port.

6. Customer Understanding and Market Insight

  • Understand SWISH customers’ psychology and market scenarios to ensure the copy team works accordingly.
  • Plan and implement research work for the development of SWISH business strategies.

7. Team Leadership and Reporting

  • Monitor team work, reducing pressure and time wastage for the team leader.
  • Provide overall reports to the functional head and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
