Responsibilities & Context

Formulate and facilitate development of innovative skin care, makeup, hair color, toiletries products, line extensions and product improvements. Identify new/improved formulation technologies and implement them to meet project needs. Monitor product stability for formulas. Enhance existing product formulations to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Extensive knowledge in surfactant Cosmeceuticals and Dermatology Formulation chemistry and preservative systems. The applicants should have experience Cosmetics & Toiletries Product Manufacturing. Scale up new product from lab scale to production scale and process development. Complies with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations. Testing of new Raw Materials & packaging materials. Work closely with production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and rollout. Performs other duties as and when assigned by management -Special Projects. Quality checking of raw materials & ingredients properly. Research & Analysis of products with international & national markets. Experience in Pharma/drug line cosmetic products will be preferred.
