Previous 2-3 years of experience in a higher education industry (preferred).
Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
Knowledge of the higher education industry.
Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills. (Mandatory).
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong Communication skills with a positive interpersonal attitude.
Familiarity with visa and immigration processes for the UK, USA, Australia & Europe.
Strong client service skills and ability to build lasting relationships with students and partner agents.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counsellor, located in Sylhet.
The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for providing academic counselling to students, guiding them through the application processes, and helping them choose suitable universities and programs.
Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one sessions, preparing and reviewing application documents, providing interview preparation, and offering visa counselling.
Additionally, the Senior Counsellor will collaborate with the marketing team to organize educational events and workshops.
