Convert a visitor to a client for going abroad.
Maintain communication with the clients effectively during his/her whole journey to study abroad.
Checking clients’ emails regularly regarding his/her university admission or visa related communication from Immigration/Embassy.
Follow up daily tasks effectively.
Regularly review and report counseling outcomes, providing insights to improve services, enhance client satisfaction, and support the organization’s strategic goals.
Keep up-to-date with new counseling techniques, educational policies, and market trends to provide the best guidance and remain an informed resource for clients and the team.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, tracking client progress, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
