Responsibilities & Context

• Counselling students on their higher education options in abroad.
• Assisting the students with the application process. Responsibilities of achieving the students file open.
• Process documents related to student visa.
• Maintain communication with the respective counselors.
• Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa application.
• Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order
• .Maintain records of the student’s documentation.
• Update daily processing work activities to admin or MD.
• Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step.
• Other duties as assigned.
