Responsibilities & Context
Visa Guide is a leading and reputed organization as a student consultancy firm in Bangladesh, and Visa Guide is in need for some Student Counselors , who are professionals, hardworking, dynamic energetic, quick learner, smart male and female for the position of Senior / Junior Student Counselor.
Duties:
Counselling students on their higher education options in abroad.
Assisting the students with the application process.
Responsibilities of achieving the students file open.
Process documents related to student visa.
Maintain communication with the respective counselors.
Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa application.
Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order. Maintain records of the student’s documentation.
Update daily processing work activities to admin or MD.
Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step.
Other duties as assigned.
