Responsibilities & Context
- Assist clients with the complete visa application process for work permits and travel visas
- Provide consultation and guidance over phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients based on trust and transparency
- Ensure all required documentation is accurately prepared and submitted on time
- Stay updated with immigration laws, visa policies, and changes in embassy procedures
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities for smooth processing
- Offer visa counseling and pre-departure guidance tailored to each client’s destination and needs
- Track visa application statuses and provide regular updates to clients
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of all client data
- Handle complex or rejected visa cases by offering personalized solutions and alternative options
