Education

• Bachelor/Honors

• A minimum of an MBA or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

• North South University,BRAC University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,American International University Bangladesh,Independent University, Bangladesh students will get preference

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements

• Age 27 to 47 years

• 3-5 years of proven experience in education counseling or migration advisory, particularly for Australia.
• Fluent in English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of managing and motivating a team.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Provide expert guidance and counseling to clients regarding education and migration pathways to Australia.
• Assist students and migrants with application processes, visa requirements, and university selections.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior counselors, ensuring top-tier client service and performance.
• Coordinate with clients to assess their goals and provide customized recommendations.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest policies and regulations in Australian migration and education sectors.
