Responsibilities & Context

Probation period 3 months
Daily communication with customer in email or phone call in English. Send quotation to customer and guide them to place the PO in the fixed format. Create PI and send to customer for confirmation. After PI and layout confirmation from customer then place the PO to counter supplier. Create PI and PO in the system. Check the development and bulk production schedule and share the feedback with customer. Check the payment status with finance department. Release the bulk delivery and inform customer with shipping documents. Solve the complaint from customer. Communicate with U.S and China part for order details. Other jobs assigned by the management.
