Job Summary:

W3 Engineers is hiring a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to design and manage data infrastructure, integrate AI-driven analytics, and build scalable data pipelines. The role involves optimizing big data processing, enhancing cloud-based analytics, and transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business intelligence and AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS, Google Analytics, BigQuery, and other big data technologies.
• Develop ETL workflows for business intelligence (BI) and machine learning (ML) models.
• Implement AI-powered analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize data processing workflows on AWS and GCP for performance and latency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, ML, and data analytics.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Apache Superset).
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EMR, Redshift, AI/ML); AWS Q in QuickSight is a plus.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools, data pipeline development, and structured/unstructured data modeling.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and handling large-scale datasets.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Analytics or Data Engineer.
